RESERVATIONS: A one day deposit is required to hold all rooms. Balance is due on arrival. Please send money order or Credit Card payment information with your reservation form. No personal checks accepted. Credit Card required on all room rentals. Damage deposit required on all room rentals. No advance reservations for one night.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will be made in full when cancellation notice is given 72 hours prior to arrival date. On notice received less than 72 hours, deposits will not be refunded unless we have re-rented requested reservation. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

CHECK-IN POLICIES: NO rooms will be rented without a major credit card and driver's license from the person staying in the room rented at the Doryman Motel and that must match the correct address used for your home address/registration card (no exceptions).

• Confirmation number is required.
• No third party booking/renting rooms allowed.
• No two couples in one room
• Credit card address and registration card address must be the same.

You must read, understand, and agree to our conditions for rental. Management has the right to refuse rental at anytime for any reason.

OPEN SEASONALLY: Pool Season: June 15th to Labor Day. Pool hours are 9AM to 6PM.

Office Hours: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm

In consideration of other guests:

• No smoking in rooms.
• No candles in rooms.
• No pets allowed in rooms or on premises.
• Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
• Under 21 must have an adult in the room.
• No running, rollerblading, skateboarding, ball playing or bikes on the stairs, decks, parking lot, or pool area.
• No bikes in rooms. All bikes are to be placed on bike rail when not in use.
• Irons are not allowed in rooms. Iron and ironing board available to use in office.
• Town of Dennis Noise Ordinance after 10:00 pm. Limit noise after 10:00 PM
• All guests must be registered. No guests after 11:00 pm.
• We are not responsible for valuables left in room.
• Read & Follow Pool Rules posted on Entrance gate & inside pool area.
• We have tried to create a clean and comfortable environment that all our guests can enjoy. Please help us keep it this way.
• Guest Notice: this motel is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
